Staying out for the summer.

That last statement is actually a lie. I'm pretty much stuck in at the moment. The first couple of weeks back at uni have been pretty dull as far as weeks at Uni go. Just finishing off a few last bits of work- no wait thats a lie too. I've done virtually no work at all sincxe coming back, its shameful really. In the first week back I had no lectures and spent everyday in bed until at least 2 pm. It felt good to have lectures back on.

Still, no one can tit around forever, not even me. I have several things to sort out. First of which is finding somewhere to live. For various reasons, I currently have nowhere to live next year. Which has weighed on my mind a lot. I have a meeting with a couple of lads about sharing a house not far from here though, so things are looking up. I'm just a bit worried that they'll think that I'm an idiot. Or that I'll have nothing to say to them, which happens sometimes. I'll see them on Monday.

Summer weather has been pretty amazing over the last few days, although, predictably its raining now. Some of the lads from my corridor went boating on Platt Fields lake on Thursday, and we all had a right laugh, especially when Rhys fell in, the fool. Also been exploring Manchester on the bike. Cycled down to the mersey riverbank several times over the last fortnight, its surprisingly pleasant down there, almost rural in places. I'd go further afield but I don't think my bike is up to it :)

Off to Helvellyn with the hiking club tomorrow. It will be the first time in months I have been, but I'm really looking forward to it, as you can see, its beautiful, and I've never done that hill before.


Ok well that it for now, I'm off to a comedy night club with some mates from the corridor. If its anything like the last time (the MC managed to get a bloke to strip naked for £11 at the last event) its will be cracking. Byyyyeeee!
